Feet Stink, Foot odor, Smelly Foot - different names same problem


Foot odor or feet stink is an awkward problem. Many people falls in add situations for it. Many people mistake it as a disease. Foot odor is not a disease but may be the cause for some.

Cause:
The main reason for foot odor or feet stink is sweaty foot. Some peoples foot sweats in the dry weather, some sweats year long. Foots of many people remain wet while wearing shoes. Those sweaty wet feet’s are the favorite place for bacteria to attack. This attack of bacteria produces the bad odor after a certain time.

Most of the time, the sweat cannot come out of our shoes. Staying in this condition for a long period of time causes bad odor.

Here are some tips you can follow which may help:
 

  •  Check the inner sole of shoes before buying as this part absorbs the sweat from your foot.
  • Cloth shoes should be avoided for regular use as these shoes gets wet so as your feet. Cloth shoes attract dirt and bacteria easily. 
  •  Always use cotton shocks. Check before buying. Keep a few pairs of clean shocks handy. Clean your shocks every day to wear a clean pair every time. 
  • People with sweaty feet and odor can use anti sweat powder or lotion to prevent sweating. Remember to use these kinds of products one hour prior to wearing shoes.
  • Clean your foot before and after wearing shoes.
  • Always try to keep your foot dry.
  • Keep shoes and shocks in dry and clean place.
  • Use antiseptic for skin diseases.
  • Wear quality shoes with good material.

Foot odor, foot stink or whatever you call it causes many people to fall in disappointing situations. People with these kinds of problems should try to avoid such disappointment by taking prompt action as soon as possible.

Heart Care is the most neglected part of our life .
Though our heart is pumping blood through our body every second to keep us alive by supplying oxygen and nutrients all over our body, we do very little to keep it healthy. A healthy heart can give us long, strong, happy and active life with full of energy.

Here are some heart are tips you can follow to keep your heart healthy.

1. Stop Smoking Inside The House

  • To ensure your and your child's health, stop smoking indoors
  • As a punishment of smoking indoors, the smoker will do more then his/her regular work at home. Make it as a rule.

2. Ensure Healthy Diet at Home
  • Keep fruits in your everyday menu, specially in the breakfast.
  • Prepare office/school tiffin at home. It is more healthy and hygienic then the ones brought from the food shops.
  • At-least 2-3 types of vegetables should be served at dinner.

3. Be Active
  • Be engaged in physical activities like sports, cycling, swimming, jogging with your family.
  • Keep your TV watching time below 2hrs per day.
  • Setup your computer and study tables ergonomically to keep your blood circulation and muscles in good condition.   

4. Know your limits
  • You should know your body's current status, Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose level, waist size and body mass index (BMI).
  • Try to keep track of your body periodically.
  • Keep the reports handy that it can be presented in front of your physician in need.
